As part of our ongoing improvement process, North Penn
VNA surveys patients, clients, family members and referral sources on the quality of care received, the professionalism
of our staff and the overall customer service provided
throughout the organization. 

Based upon the feedback received, issues are addressed at
an individual and organizational level and praises are shared.  Below are some of the quotes received from these surveys over the last year.  For privacy purposes, information that would identify an individual who received services, or their family member have been withheld.

Home Care

• Your service to us has been wonderful and every nurse has been kind. We became very attached to the nurse that came most often.

• There are not enough superlatives to convey how pleased I was with my therapist.  I feel that she has truly helped me to get my life back.

• My experience has been very positive and my physical therapist has been outstanding.  Also the therapist who filled in for her was very helpful.  Each of your people has made my recovery a positive and challenging experience.

• I have been extremely happy with the services provided by nursing, occupational and physical therapy.  All were the epitome of professional, courteous, and truly had my best interest as their goal.  The physical therapist was exceptional in her care and concern and answered all my questions – always putting my mind at ease.  Great job by all!

Hospice

• My family and I were very pleased with your services.  I would highly recommend this to anyone in my Mom's situation.  It was very comforting to know she was in the best of hands and that we as a family has someone to turn to for emotional support.  Thanks to all of you who work so hard to help others die with dignity.
• The support my husband and I received was invaluable. Knowing the care we were giving was the right type and being reinforced in our decisions was very important to our well-being.  Also, I know our mother received the best care in keeping her at home with us.
• Hospice did a wonderful job.  I was so grateful to have such caring people when I needed help.

Adult Day Services

• Please keep up the GREAT work.  They services you provide are a Godsend.  Thank you for all the support and the great care give to my dad.  The staff at the Adult Day Services Center in Lansdale seems very caring.  I rest at night now and believe in my heart that Pop going to your center certainly delayed him going into a nursing home.
• The Center offers good activities, and nice programs including visitors and entertainment.
• I don't think I could do the things I need to do without the ADS program.
• Without Adult Day Services my mother would be in a nursing home and then she would definitely give up hope.
• (Having her in Adult Day Services) enabled me to continue working.
• This service has a very positive influence on Mother's daily life.  She has activities and socialization opportunities at the Center that she never would have had.
• Mom came home happy every day and would well us about all the fun activities she was involved in during the day.
• Center staff were not just courteous, respectful and very professional but caring and affectionate to my mom and me.
