Our programs are growing!

Compassionate, self-starting RNs to provide nursing care to frail elderly and terminally ill patients, and support for their families in the North Penn and Indian Valley areas.  Work with a team of professionals to provide dignity and comfort during times of illness and end of life.

1 year of Med-Surg experience. Hospice or Home Care experience a plus. Computer skills are necessary - we use laptop computers in the field.  PA nursing license, driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Looking for a flexible person to deliver
Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients for short and long term goals
• Guiding patients in the use of therapeutic activities to develop, restore, and maintain level of function
• Suggesting, planning and helping to implement adaptations in the home to enable patient to function at a maximum level
• Educating caregivers how to sustain OT program and the use of compensation techniques

PA therapy license and reliable transportation required. Home care experience preferred.
