Home Care RN
Full-Time

Compassionate, self-starting RNs to provide in-home nursing care to patients after a hospitalization or rehab stay.

2 year of Med-Surg or home care experience preferred. Computer skills are necessary - we use laptop computers in the field. PA nursing license, driver's license and reliable transportation required. We provide care to patients who live within a 12-15 mile radius of Lansdale.

We offer paid mileage - currently at the IRS rate, generous time off, health and dental insurance, 401 K, and tuition reimbursement for full time employees.

Program Assistant
Full-time

If you are a CNA, home health aide,
or someone who loves to work with
the seniors and you are reliable,
flexible and looking for a full-time position, consider becoming an
Adult Day Services program assistant.
Previous experience is helpful in the health care field providing personal
care or private duty care.

You will assist clients with personal
care, transferring, and with activities during the program day. You will
interact with other program assistants and the program director to insure
client health, safety and enjoyment.

You must have reliable transportation
as our centers are not located near public transportation.

Occupational Therapists
Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Looking for a flexible person to deliver
Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating patients for short
and long term goals
Guiding patients in the use of therapeutic activities to develop, restore, and maintain level of function
Suggesting, planning and helping to implement adaptations in the home to enable patient to
function at a maximum level
Educating caregivers how to sustain OT program and the
use of compensation techniques

PA therapy license and reliable transportation required. Home care experience preferred.
