Healthcare Provider
  CPR...

     The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course
     covers core material such as adult and
     pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer
     scenarios and use of the bag mask),
     foreign-body airway obstruction, and
     automated external defibrillation. For
     healthcare providers such as EMS
     personnel, physician assistants, doctors,
     dentists, nurses, and respiratory therapists
     who must have a credential (card)
     documenting successful completion of a
     CPR course.

     Location:   
     Classes available in 2 locations:

• Grand View Hospital
  Conference Rooms (GVH)
   

• North Penn VNA
  Board Room (NPVNA)

     Renewal classes are held at:

     Please note location of class.

     Dates/Times:  for 2012

     Fee: Full Class:   $75
               Renewal:    $50

     To Register:  
     Decide which class you would like to
     attend and which day(s) you prefer.
 
     Paying with Credit Card, Debit Card or
     Electronic Check...

     If you would like to pay with a credit card,
     debit card or on line check, choose your
     desired class from the drop down box to
     the right and click the PayNow button. 
     Your browser will be directed to Pay Pal
     and your registration and payment will be
     taken there.  Once your payment is
     confirmed by our staff, you will receive
     an e-mail confirmation of your registration
     from North Penn VNA.

     Mailing a payment to NPVNA...

     If you would prefer to mail us your
     payment, complete the registration
     form on this page.

     Payments must be received at least
     one (1) week prior to the class.  If
     payment is not received, we will
     assume you are not attending and
     will give your place to the next waiting
     student.

     Confirmation will be sent via e-mail
     once payment is received.

If Healthcare Provider CPR and/or
Healthcare Provider CPR Renewals
need to be completed by multiple
people in your office, around the
same time, the North Penn VNA
may be able to schedule a class
